City Tour is a GPS-guided audio tour app developed by Ramon Rovirosa. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Use of the App

You may use City Tour only when it is lawful and safe to do so. If you are driving, set up the tour while parked and rely on audio cues and quick glances only. Pull over before interacting with the screen.

No Navigation Guarantee

City Tour is an audio guide, not a turn-by-turn navigation service, emergency service, or safety system. Tour content, maps, and location-triggered playback may be affected by GPS error, device limitations, road changes, closures, weather, or other real-world conditions.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your conduct, your route choices, and for obeying traffic laws, posted signs, property restrictions, and local rules. Always use your own judgment based on current conditions.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or remove features or tour content at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

AI-Generated Narration

City Tour may include narration generated with artificial intelligence text-to-speech technology. Audio voices used in the app may be AI-generated rather than human voices.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Tour and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

The app uses your location during active tours to trigger narration and may store progress on your device. Please review the Privacy Policy for more detail.
